60 day no hassle return policy
If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason you can return the product within 60 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item, excluding shipping charges. Perishable and food items, such as grain, hops, and yeast, are not eligible to be returned. Please fill out our form and we will email you back with your return information.
Items must be returned to us within 60 days of authorization. If the item is not returned the authorization will be closed, and you may not receive the refund.
1 year warranty unless noted in the product
We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects on almost all products. If a product has a different warranty it is noted in the product. If you have a defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience. We want to get it fixed for you as quickly as possible! Product defects and damage must be reported within the warranty period to be considered for repair or replacement. Please fill out the form and we will get back to you asap. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
